Hotel rooms, studio flats, and the gap between the sofa and the radiator can still host a complete session. The constraint is not space. It is choosing five moves and refusing to add a sixth.
The two-metre circuit
Goblet squat, push-up, suitcase row, reverse lunge, and a dead bug. Forty seconds on, twenty off, four rounds. Hold the dumbbells at your sides between stations so you never need a walkway.
Finish with a minute of marching in place if your heart rate still feels polite. That is the entire session — twenty-five minutes including the setup.

Noise, neighbours, and knees
Swap jumps for step-backs and keep the weights close to the body. A towel under the dumbbells saves floors and arguments.
If a lunge bothers a knee, shorten the step and hold the chair. The point is a full-body dose, not a highlight reel.
