These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of letstemplates.com and related services operated by Let's templates from Spain (the "Service"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Let's templates is a digital marketplace for UI templates, blocks, and related downloadable code assets. We provide free and paid items in formats such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, DaisyUI, and Material Design. Features may change over time as we improve the marketplace.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering or checking out, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
3. Purchases and payments
Prices are shown on the Service before checkout and may be listed in euros unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe or other authorized payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the selected payment method.
A completed purchase grants you access to download the purchased template, block, format, or bundle according to the license below. Access is linked to your account where applicable. Guest checkout may be available; you may need to sign in to download purchased items.
4. Subscriptions and All-Access
Some plans, including All-Access passes, renew automatically until cancelled. Renewal terms, price, and billing interval are shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewals through your account settings or billing portal where available. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law.
5. License to use digital products
Unless stated otherwise on a product page, purchasing or lawfully obtaining a free item grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded files for personal or commercial projects, including client work, subject to these Terms.
You may:
- Use purchased templates and blocks in websites, applications, and marketing materials you create.
- Modify the files to fit your project.
- Use items in unlimited end products, subject to the restrictions below.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the original source files as standalone digital products.
- List downloaded items on other marketplaces or stock sites.
- Use the Service or its content to build a competing template or block marketplace.
- Remove proprietary notices where they appear, except as reasonably necessary in your final work.
- Use items in a way that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.
We retain all intellectual property rights in the marketplace, branding, and original template and block files. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
6. Free products
Free templates and blocks are provided under the same general usage license unless a product page states otherwise. We may change, limit, or withdraw free offerings at any time.
7. Refunds
Because the Service delivers digital content that can be downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once access is granted. If you experience a technical issue, duplicate charge, or cannot access a paid download you purchased, contact us at support@letstemplates.com within a reasonable time and we will try to help.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or Spanish law, including rights that may apply to digital content under distance-selling rules.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, licensing, or download restrictions.
- Scrape, copy, or systematically harvest marketplace content without permission.
- Upload malware or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
- Misuse support channels or submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent requests.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or harmed the Service or other users.
9. Third-party services and content
The Service may link to or integrate third-party tools such as payment processors, analytics, or fonts and libraries referenced in template files. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms. Template files may include third-party assets, fonts, or images that require their own licenses in production use. You are responsible for complying with those third-party requirements.
10. Disclaimers
The Service and digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free downloads, or that every item will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for reviewing files before use in production and for testing compatibility with your stack.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Let's templates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant product or subscription in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different approach.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence if you qualify as a consumer in the European Union. Courts in Spain shall have jurisdiction where permitted by law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
