What the program covers

    Students shape the content, the language and the schedule with paid advisory roles.

  2. 02

    Classroom sessions

    Eight short sessions on stress, sleep, friendships and online life.

    Peer circles

    Trained student leaders host weekly drop-in circles with staff backup.

  4. 04

    Caregiver evenings

    Practical sessions for parents and carers on supporting without pressure.

  5. 05

    Year-end review

    Wellbeing scores, attendance and student feedback, shared back with the whole school.
