Dr. Julian Ashford still signs off every batch. Pattern, pH, and feel stay in-house. We would rather wait a season than ship a formula that stings on the second week.
The result is a short shelf: a cleanser, a serum, a cream, and the few extras that earn their place. Nothing seasonal for the sake of a calendar.

If the answer is not here, write to the lab. We would rather prescribe three steps than guess.
How do I start with Calmera?
Begin with Dawn Cleanser, Dew Serum, and Cloud Cream. That three-step ritual is enough for most skin. Add Lumen Drops or Silk Oil only when you want a fourth step.
Are the formulas fragrance-free?
Yes. We skip essential oils and perfume so reactive skin can stay in the ritual. A faint plant note from the oils is all you may notice.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship from Lisbon to Europe and North America. Delivery is complimentary above $50. Typical arrival is 3–5 days in Europe and 5–8 days further afield.
What if a formula does not settle?
Write to the lab within thirty days. Unopened jars can return for a refund; opened ones can be exchanged for another step in the ritual.
