How long does it take?
Two to three days in Europe, four to six days elsewhere, from the day we crate it.
Will I pay customs?
Not in the EU, UK or US: we prepay duties. Elsewhere, local fees may apply.
Can I return a toy?
Yes, within 30 days if it's unopened. We send a free label.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the crate and toy and write to us within 48 hours. We'll replace or refund it.
