How long does shipping take?
Orders leave Lisbon within two working days. Express arrives in 2–4 days across the EU, and 5–8 days further afield.
What is your returns policy?
Unworn pieces with tags attached can come back within 30 days, free of charge. Sale items can be exchanged for size within 14 days.
How should I choose a size?
Most adult pieces run true to size with a little ease. Kidswear runs true to age with extra length in the sleeves. Write to us with your measurements if you are between sizes.
Do you repair garments?
Yes. Loose buttons, pulled seams and tired hems are repaired for life at no cost. Pack the piece with a note and send it to the studio.
Can I visit the atelier?
The Lisbon studio is open Tuesday to Saturday. Appointments are useful for tailoring, but you are welcome to walk in.
