Common notes
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave Tokyo within two working days. Japan arrives overnight, the rest of Asia in 3–5 days, Europe and North America in 5–8. Delivery is free over $150; otherwise a flat $12.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces with tags attached can come back within thirty days. We email a prepaid label. Sale items follow the same window.
How should I choose a size?
Each product page lists the garment’s own measurements and the model’s height and size. If you are between sizes, write to us with your usual size and height — we reply within a working day.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. Tired zips, split seams, and loose hardware come back to the loft at no cost for the life of the garment. We usually turn repairs around in two weeks.
How do I care for nylon and leather?
Nylon shells: wipe and hang. Down: professional wet clean only. Leather: wipe, condition twice a year, keep away from heaters.
