How long does shipping take?
Orders leave the Oakland loft within two working days. West Coast arrives in 2–4 days, everywhere else in 4–7. Delivery is free over $150.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces with tags attached can come back within 30 days. We email a prepaid label. Sale items follow the same window.
How should I choose a size?
Knitwear is cut relaxed — size down for a closer fit. Tees are boxy; most people take their usual size. Write to us with your measurements if you are between sizes.
Do you repair garments?
Yes. Split seams, tired hems and loose bartacks come back to the loft at no cost for the life of the piece. Most repairs turn around in two weeks.
Can I visit the studio?
The Valencia Street loft is open Monday to Saturday. Appointments help for fittings, but you are welcome to walk in.
