How long does shipping take?
Orders leave Portland within one business day. The US arrives in 2–4 days, Canada in 4–6, and Europe in 5–8. Delivery is free over $80.
What is your return policy?
Send anything back within 30 days, even an opened jar. We refund the product or swap it for a better match.
Are the formulas vegan and fragrance-light?
Yes. Every product is vegan and cruelty-free. Essential oils stay optional and are always listed on the label.
Can I visit the studio?
Yes. Book a 20-minute skin read on Tuesday through Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome if a chair is free.
