- Do you take walk-ins?
- Yes, when a chair is free. Booking guarantees your spot, especially on Saturdays.
- How early should I arrive?
- Five minutes is perfect. If you're more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the service.
- Do you cut long hair?
- Absolutely — ask for Nate or book a long scissor cut so we block enough time.
- Can I buy gift cards?
- In every shop and by email. They never expire and work for any service.
