The challenge

Solace made gentle, honest products, but the shelf told a different story: pale pastels, tiny type and a look borrowed from every big brand in the aisle. New customers walked past it, and loyal ones couldn't find it online.

Our approach

We leaned into warmth instead of whiteness. A deep clay red, a condensed wordmark you can read from three metres away and portrait-led photography gave the brand a face. Packaging uses one bold colour per range, so the line reads as a family.

“For the first time, our packaging looks as confident as the formulas inside it.”
