How does a project start?
With a free 30-minute call. We send a short proposal within two working days, and kick off once it's signed.
Can I pause my plan?
Yes. Monthly plans can be paused once per quarter with a week's notice — your place in the queue is kept.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. Monthly plans bill on the first of each month; projects are split 50/50.
Do you offer refunds?
If we haven't started the work, you get a full refund. After kickoff, we refund unused weeks.
Who owns the final files?
You do. All source files, fonts licences and rights transfer to you on the final payment.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Often. We hand over Figma libraries and run training so your team can keep building on the system.
